Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh launched the third batch of the DAKSH Leadership Programme for senior executives of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs).
Highlights:
1.
DAKSH
(Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession and Harmony) is a one-year leadership development programme
designed for senior executives of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs).
2.
Objective:
To develop a future-ready leadership pool by
strengthening leadership, strategic thinking, governance, and decision-making
capabilities among senior CPSE executives.
3.
It is jointly organised by the Capacity Building
Commission (CBC) and the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE),
in collaboration with the Indian School of Business (ISB).

Promotes convergence
of individual expertise and institutional capabilities to achieve common
national development goals.
