i.
India
is a signatory to the Geneva Conventions and has enacted
the Geneva Conventions Act, 1960.

Act allows India to take legal action against individuals accused of grave
breaches of the Geneva Conventions, irrespective of their nationality or
where the offence occurred.
iii.
Grave
breaches include serious violations of international humanitarian law, such as deliberate
attacks on civilians, destruction of civilian infrastructure, torture, and
inhuman treatment during armed conflict.

have highlighted concerns over drug abuse, illegal drug trafficking, rave
parties, and mental health issues among some visitors in locations along
the Hummus Trail.
