EXIM
Cargo:
1. It refers to goods transported
across international borders for export from or import into a country
through maritime, air, rail, or land trade.

Enhances direct international shipping access
for exporters and importers in southern India.
2.
Expected
to reduce logistics and cargo transportation costs by nearly 50%,
improving trade competitiveness.

Strengthens
India's self-reliance by reducing dependence on foreign trans-shipment
hubs such as Colombo, Singapore, and Dubai.

Ahead:
Accelerate
multimodal connectivity, strengthen logistics infrastructure, establish
supporting customs facilities, and expand port capacity to transform Vizhinjam
into a globally competitive trans-shipment and EXIM hub.
